Good turns Bad when it is expired

I just bump into an old friend in facebook days ago, he asked me how good my Korean is. Em....how good is it? All of sudden, there is a story pop up in my mind. Let me share with you guys.



I went to a Japanese ramen(noodles) house months ago, the owner is Korean, I use Korean to place the order as usual...

ME: "여기 라면 한게 주세요"

OWNER: "Wow, your Korean is good, who teach you that?"

ME: "Thanks, it's my Korean wife"

OWNER: "Nice, so how long have you been married?"

ME: "Nine Years already ;)" (I said that with a big smile)

OWNER: "Wwwoooowww! 10 years! Then your Korean is bad"

ME: "......."

ME: "내, noodle please."

True true,

Good design can turns bad when spending too much time on it. Designer is different from artist, designers work with guidelines, time and trend are one of them.

Good idea can turns bad when someone patent it earlier than you from the other corner of the world. Easy, nobody steal your idea, we just inspired by the same shared source under the same cloud.

No wonder Kenzo noodles is always the best in town, the owner knows how to keep good noodles be good.
