Is 2 + 1 = 1?

Kennethuuu, why triple u? It is based on a very simple but powerful formula 2+1=1 (?? Yes, you read it right, not 3, it's 1. Find out the answer at the end). My last name is Wu, spelled as double u, u, and it gives you the triple u when you add it up. Don't get me wrong, I love and proud of my last name, it is still my official last name. But replacing it with the "uuu" is just a strategy to put myself me a better position in most of the search engine. Right, I am hardcore, if I can go triple, why double?

My mother name me as Kenneth and my sister as Queenie. She told me it is based on King and Queen. (She is pretty creative as well) Wow, isn't it cool to know that you are the king of the world when you was a little kid. I have been the only king from kindergarten via primary school. Nightmare began once I get into high school, I met the other king in Form 1, and met two more kings in Form 4. Met five more after I landed to Canada. Nightmare continues.... I see thousands of kings in the facebook, hundreds of them with the same last name, one of them is a creative designer as well. So you will ask, "Kenneth, what's the big deal?". Don't ask me, I am the one who wear golden shoes to work to standout myself a bit on the street. Go ask the people who make good money for selling iPhone jackets and phone string. It's all about identity.

Brand name is born to be loved
Good marketing make your customers pay the first visit. Good product/service make them pay the second visit. Good brand name make them pay more attention and pay more than what you offer, think about paying all the bills in your first date, this is love, love is blind.

Why Allen call himself Woody?
Who is Allen Konigsberg? Eric Marlon Bishop? Demetria Gene Guynes? Mark Sinclair Vincent? Mark William Galaway? Lee Jun Fan?

A performer will often take a stage name because his/her real name is considered unattractive, dull, unintentionally amusing or difficult to pronounce or spell, or because it has been used by another notable individual or because it projects an undesired image. (from Wiki)

They are talented, they are beautiful and they are hard working people, but they still need an attractive name to make them even better, that's the whole package.

Why is it equal to 1? Because you want it to be the 1.
Let's go back to my formula, I am confident with my works, I have no problem to use my works to define my name, but if I can tweak my name a bit to pop out from the 700,000 Kenneths with an efficient way (fast, smart and cheap), why not?
